Roti Bom Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Half packet of Mauripan yeast (dissolve with half a cup of warm water until frothy)
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk
Instructions:
Mix the flour, margarine, and condensed milk. Add the yeast mixture gradually, kneading until the dough is not sticky.
Shape the dough into rounds, let it rest for 10 minutes, then roll it out and fry it in hot oil.
While frying, pour oil over the dough using a ladle to make it swell.
When it turns golden brown, it is cooked and ready to serve.
